“Forest,” created during our Covid time, has been my refuge. “Forest” is an immersive environment created with birch trees, small tree houses, and video projections that, taken together, intend to create a healing environment. In the installation are twelve different scenes, in which the participant-viewer walks through the forest, discovering different situations: in effect, this experience is a kind of rabbit hole or Alice in Wonderland adventure where the viewer can sit, stand, and walk through. “Forest” invites us to wonder within the space, allowing for an immersion in this imaginary forest. The lights, shadows, smells, and sounds all support the viewer's experience of nature.
