The flowers within the garden  invite us into a world of myth and meaning through their symbolic relationships. For instance, roses, associated with Aphrodite and Adonis, evoke feelings of love and beauty. Fountains, on the other hand, are linked to truth, change, and the life-giving water they provide, stirring our curiosity and wonder.
This is a garden created without biological plants, but represented through drawings, watercolors, prints, and a video. It also acknowledges the birds and plants surrounding Governors Island. It is in flux.
